Vision: Freedom from sexual violence Mission: Voice of Hope Rape Crisis offers help, hope, and healing to all persons impacted by sexual violence through advocacy, awareness, and collaboration in Lubbock and surrounding communities. Purpose: Lubbock Rape Crisis Center dba Voice of Hope exists to: (a) provide victims of sexual violence in Lubbock and surrounding communities with free crisis assistance and advocacy without discrimination; and (b) promote public awareness of sexual violence through outreach, activism, and education.
